Reanimate 47 is Stacy Guarino and Heidi Ellis. Two self-taught metalsmiths working out of our studio in Howell, New Jersey. We met in Asbury Park, NJ, bonding over our shared love of music and art and hatched a plan to instill this love into our own line of handcrafted jewelry. Oddly enough, our shop name came to us one night after watching the cult classic, Re-Animator. We realized that the idea of being a jeweler and bringing new life and meaning to the materials we work with is a fulfilling reanimation in its own way. As for the 47, it is the number of silver on the periodic table of elements and represents our metal of choice in the studio :)
Returns & Exchanges
- We gladly accept returns on all non-custom orders: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and have the item/s shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
- We don't accept exchanges or cancellations: But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
- Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- We are not responsible for your item being lost or stolen during shipping and delivery. In the rare case this does occur, we will do our best to assist you.
- We send all orders out using USPS First Class shipping. If you would like to upgrade to a faster method, feel free to send us a message and we will be happy to accommodate you!
- We gladly accept custom orders and will work with you on transforming your ideas into wearable pieces of art! Custom orders may take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the details of the item and the volume of orders we have at the time. We DO accept payment plans for custom orders but all payment installments must be received before item is shipped. We DO NOT accept returns on custom orders or give refunds once the process has begun. For any further questions, feel free to contact us!
- What we have available in our shop is usually a set size. If you want to purchase one of our pieces but it is not in your size, feel free to contact us and we can talk custom! Keep in mind that every piece we make is handcrafted so the remade design may vary slightly from the original.
- Please treat your new piece like the wearable art it is! Always be mindful of your stones, take them off while sleeping, at the gym, or doing anything that involves labor. Remember to remove your piece when you shower or wash your hands, we use patinas that naturally fade with wear and this will prevent your piece from fading as fast over time.
